Did you know Noblis has over 1,000 employees in over 27 different states? That’s why three times a year, we hold an event called “Noblis United” to connect across the company.

This Noblis United was different. Not only did we connect with each other, but we also connected as a community. Amr ElSawy, Noblis President and CEO, challenged the company to give back to local communities—starting that afternoon with a charitable giving activity.

At Noblis United, employees packed a total of 5,000 bags of toiletries and other non-perishable items for seven local organizations, including Northern Virginia Family Services, Shelter House, Haven for Hope, Bread for the City, Constance Covington Youth Center, Children’s Home Society of West Virginia and Genesis Joy House. Thank you to all of our employees for making this event a success!

By the end of the event, Noblis employees had the opportunity to see overlapping areas of interest and learn something new about one another, all while taking time to give back to their communities.

Giving back is an important part of Noblis culture, especially to causes that support accessible education, and help alleviate hunger and homelessness​ in our local communities.
