About the Work

Noblis is a prime contractor on the ITS Technical Support Services Contract (TSSC) for the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) ITS Joint Program Office (JPO). As part of our team, you will contribute to the overall advancement of ITS through investments in major research initiatives, exploratory studies and a deployment support program including technology transfer and training. The ITS JPO’s vision is to “transform the way society moves.” The mission is to lead “collaborative and innovative research, development, and implementation of intelligent transportation systems to improve the safety and mobility of people and goods.” To learn more, visit: https://www.its.dot.gov.

The Noblis Surface Transportation team supports multiple research, development, deployment and evaluation initiatives for the USDOT, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and other clients. We focus on using ITS, connected vehicles, automated vehicles and other emerging mobility and smart city technologies to enhance safety, improve mobility and reduce environmental impact.
