Bringing His Best with Every Colleague and Customer 

Lance is a role model in demonstrating Noblis’s service standards. He can balance his numerous responsibilities to ensure he brings his best with every colleague and every customer. Lance coaches and mentors colleagues, often those new to government contracting. He is respectful of their viewpoints and focuses on ensuring they deliver the Noblis Experience while they learn about our industry.  

Lance brings substantial efficiency to his team, paying close attention to using resources wisely and incorporating lessons learned into ongoing development efforts. Working side-by-side with the customer, Lance has established a strong ethical culture that enables effective communication and collaboration within an environment where this can be challenging. 

Innovating for Our Customers 

In addition to his customer work, Lance provides leadership across a portfolio of Noblis Sponsored Research (NSR) projects that are developing innovative immersive environments and augmented reality/virtual reality tools that apply to customer missions and the Noblis enterprise. Lance ensures the team delivers compelling demonstrations to convert efforts to customer funding. Through this ongoing work, Lance continues to guide interns in developing skills that will continue to serve them including developing and delivering polished demonstrations.
