Creating Impactful Relationships
Talia is a respectful and inspiring colleague with a do-what-it-takes attitude that builds trust and confidence with all who work with her. Even when busy, she finds a way to help her teammates. Talia regularly volunteers for tasks at all skill levels, including those that are mundane, but necessary and can serve as on-the-job learning opportunities.
Talia also serves as a formal and informal mentor for the Noblis intern program for interns within her program. She has built support networks and encouraged others within the program to provide the interns with a fulfilling summer experience and to provide everyone with an opportunity to learn and become stronger together. Taking the time to get to know the interns and familiarize herself with their projects, Talia contributes to Noblis’ important tradition of intern support and retention.
Establishing Trust and Confidence with Her Colleagues and Customer
Talia works across several projects for her customer, bringing key skills and perspectives to each. She is always one of the first to speak up with her customer and Noblis team to suggest innovative ways forward and does not shy away from speaking up if she sees possible complications.
Talia is known to step up in the face of challenging circumstances. On one project, Talia took over when a new technical lead was needed. She was able effectively assume the responsibility of managing the core infrastructure around which the whole project revolved. On another project, she volunteered to manually manage crucial project resources, a tedious, but important task.
Talia’s resilience, sharp eye and problem-solving disposition keeps projects on track. She continually impresses the customer and has become a trusted consultant whose findings lead to successful meetings, demos and project deliverables.
