Eligibility Requirements
  • Recent Ph.D. graduates:Candidates must have completed their Ph.D. within the past three years in a relevant scientific or technical field.
  • Experienced researchers:Candidates with a record of impactful work in their field.
  • S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
  • Select roles may require an existing security clearance or the ability to get and maintain a security clearance. Noblis may help facilitate this process if a clearance is required.
Additional Details
  • Application Deadlines: We accept applications on a rolling basis.
  • Start Date: Fellowships generally begin in the fall and may vary depending on individual candidate circumstances.
  • Duration: Fellowships are typically one year long with optional renewal for a second year (12 – 24 months).
  • Location: Most fellows work at our headquarters in Reston, Virginia, but may have opportunities to work at other Noblis locations, virtually or at client sites depending on the individual project.
  • Relocation Assistance: We do not offer relocation assistance.
