Referring individuals may receive a one-time referral bonus payment of up to $5,000 for a cleared candidate who meets all eligibility requirements and who is hired. The potential reward amounts are as follows for candidates who possess at minimum a Top Secret clearance:

Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI = $2,500
Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph = $3,000
Top Secret/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph = $5,000
