An internship at Noblis is time well spent. If you are a student who is looking for good pay, valuable real-world experience and the ability to apply your coursework, Noblis is the place for you. Our interns spend their days collaborating with other interns and full-time staff to create innovative, mission- focused solutions for many of our customers’ most pressing problems.

You’ll attend seminars and networking events designed to prepare you for life after school.

What We Need from You

• A GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent residency status.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, strong written and oral communications, and collaboration skills.
• Must be actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with at least one semester remaining before graduation.

The Details

Our internship program includes three cohorts with the following start dates for 2025:

• Fall: Starting on Sept. 9, 2024
• Spring: Starting on Jan. 27, 2025
• Summer: Starting on June 2, 2025

Our year-round internship program (fall/spring):

• Follows along with the school semester.
• We accept applications on a rolling basis as opportunities become available throughout the year.
• You will work between 5-20 hours a week.
• Most positions are at our Reston, VA headquarters, but we also have opportunities available in our Washington, D.C.; San Diego, CA; Philadelphia, PA; Bridgeport, WV; Virginia Beach, VA and San Antonio, TX locations.
• You can work in person in a Noblis office or remotely depending on your situation and location. Some roles require you to be in person.

Our 10-week summer internship program:

• Runs from early June to early August.
• We begin accepting applications for the summer program in the early fall. Opportunities will be listed below as they become available.
• You will work full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week.
• Most positions are at our Reston, VA headquarters, but we also have opportunities available in our Washington, D.C.; San Diego, CA; Philadelphia, PA; Bridgeport, WV; Virginia Beach, VA and San Antonio, TX locations.
• You can work in person in a Noblis office or remotely depending on your situation and location. Some roles require you to be in person.
