Carol has been with Noblis for a little over two years and is currently a recruiting specialist for the company’s talent acquisition team. My biggest career goal is to expand the knowledge I’m gaining now in talent acquisition into other areas of human resources. I’ve started to connect with colleagues and have been very happy to find how open they are to sharing knowledge with me and supporting my learning and growth.

My other spark moments are related to diversity and inclusion. I love when I am speaking with candidates, and I can help them understand more about Noblis than simply what their role would be. It’s very special when they have their “aha” moment in discovering that we are a very supportive, diverse and inclusive organization. They don’t just get to do the work they are looking to do. They get to do it at a company that will care about them.
It means that we might, at times, each feel that we are moving in different directions and working on different projects but in the end, all these movements come together to build something bigger than we initially expected. There is a bigger purpose we serve and each of us is doing something for that bigger purpose. It makes us feel a part of the success of the company and our customers. It gives a feeling of belonging. It increases collaboration.
