Noblis Experience Corporate Awards: Meet Miranda
The Noblis Experience Corporate Award recognizes employees who go above and beyond to consistently deliver exceptional service to customers and colleagues by leveraging our common purpose and service standards and behaviors. This series spotlights recipients of this award and their stories.
Dr. Miranda Paley is a Chemical and Biological Scientist working within the Noblis Homeland Security Mission Area. As a subject matter expert and a leader working with Noblis’ government customers, she has made extraordinary contributions to the company’s mission, innovation and corporate growth.
As part of her role a task order lead, Miranda has drafted public remarks for top officials and coordinated the assembly and publication of several time-critical knowledge products on emerging infectious diseases, including a fact sheet created at the beginning of the Monkeypox outbreak in 2022.
Alongside her customer work, Miranda has also completed her Project Management Professional Certification. She has helped to onboard many new team members is an engaged and impactful manager and mentor who identifies growth and professional development opportunities across her team. Through the Noblis mentorship program she has been both a mentor and mentee and has focused on developing customer trust and transitioning innovative ideas into business opportunities.
Miranda has made exceptional impacts outside of her team as well. Her involvement with corporate business development efforts enabled Noblis to expand impact into adjacent markets. Additionally, she is a founding member of Noblis’ Ally Employee Resource Group and steering committee, which is part of the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility initiatives. She engages with leadership to foster inclusion within teams and the company’s internal sponsored research program.
