Rated by employees as a 2020 top Washington-area employer
RESTON, Va.—June 22, 2020 – Noblis, a leading provider of science, technology and strategy services to the federal government has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2020 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. The selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by the Post’s research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.
“We are delighted to have made this list every year since it was compiled and proud of the recognition from our employees,” said Amr ElSawy, president and CEO, Noblis. “We place a high value on the well-being of our employees and on maintaining a vibrant culture of engagement and strong ethics. While we always seek to improve, this important feedback from our employees tells us that we continue to be on the right track.”
“The candid feedback we receive from our employees on this survey helps us to take actions to maintain our standing as a top workplace,” said Debbie Drake, vice president and chief people officer, Noblis. “Maintaining a first-class working environment for our employees contributes positively to our retention and recruitment, and provides a strong foundation for outstanding contributions to our clients’ missions.”
“Now in its seventh year, the Post’s Top Workplaces list continues to highlight the companies that are leaders in the Washington-area in terms of employee engagement and satisfaction,” said Washington Post Top Workplaces editor Dion Haynes. “We had a record number of employees participate in the survey this year, making it clear that these organizations have made cultivating an atmosphere of support and respect a priority.”
Earlier this year, Noblis was recognized for the ninth time by Ethisphere as one of the 2020 World’s Most Ethical Companies. Other recognitions we have received include being named one of the Best Small and Medium Workplaces by the Great Place to Work Institute, and one of the Best Medium Places to Work by Glassdoor.
