Celebrating Women’s History Month – Meet Lillie

In celebration of Women’s History Month, we are recognizing the women of Noblis and the positive impacts they have on our organization, our customers’ missions and the nation.

Lillie helps advance the missions of healthcare customers as part of Noblis’ Federal Civilian Solutions (FCS) mission area. She supports the health solutions account and has been with Noblis for almost four years where she started as an office manager and administrative assistant in the Woodlawn, MD office. In her current role as project analyst, Lillie is able to leverage her over 20 years of experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Lillie is a key contributor who is always ready to assist a colleague in need and regularly volunteers for tasks to help her team. According to her peers and managers, she is consistently respectful and always thinking about how she and the team can be more efficient.

One of Lillie’s key experience areas is process improvement and automating routine processes. She recently helped make changes to the FCS professional development (PD) process which aids her colleagues in their learning and development goals through coordinating PD requests. To increase efficiencies, she automated this task by removing the need for unnecessary emails by creating a shared, editable spreadsheet-based PD request form.
