Celebrating Women’s History Month – Meet Shannon

In celebration of Women’s History Month, we are recognizing the women of Noblis and the positive impacts they have on our organization, our customers’ missions and the nation.

Shannon is part of Noblis’ Human Resources (HR) Operations team and has been with the company for four years. She transitioned from a career in early childhood education, where she worked as a preschool teacher, to the recruiting field in 2005. She began her new career path with recruiting efforts in the DMV region and Austin, Texas. She joined Noblis after being referred by a current Noblis colleague whom she also worked with for 12 years at a previous company.

Shannon is an integral part of the Noblis new employee onboarding experience. She works closely with teams across the organization to ensure that everyone’s first day at Noblis is as smooth as possible. Even when things that are out of her control occur, she partners quickly with the right teams to collaborate and find a solution as quickly as possible. In July 2022 Shannon obtained her Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. She is looking forward to leveraging her enhanced knowledge to help Noblis’ HR team as the company continues to grow.
