Celebrating Women’s History Month – Meet Chera
In celebration of Women’s History Month, we are recognizing the women of Noblis and the positive impacts they have on our organization, our customers’ missions and the nation.
Chera is a technical writer and illustrator at Noblis MSD helping to advance U.S. Army missions as part of Noblis’ Defense mission area. She has been with the company for two and a half years, working as a technical writer and illustrator. Together with her team, Chera helps develop operator and maintenance technical manuals for Army watercraft and she currently leads illustration for the Army Watercraft Department where she is responsible for the productivity and quality assurance of illustrations, as well as mentorship and guidance of the illustration team.
Since taking on this role, Chera has transformed the team’s efficiency, helping it run smoothly with minimal guidance. She has also streamlined processes for developing high-quality illustrations and quality assurance tracking and reporting for a more efficient workflow. Chera’s innovative changes have increased overall productivity by 95 percent.
